The Coastal Science & Policy program is hosting this year’s Blue Pioneer Program Accelerator. The 2020 Blue Pioneers Program Accelerator will run as a hybrid online and in-person program between November 9 – December 12, 2020.
In recognition of the central role that the oceans will play in Asia’s 21st century development, the Blue Pioneers Program is designed to meet the tremendous need for innovators, entrepreneurs, and leaders who are passionate about ocean conservation and sustainable use.
The experiential learning program is designed for ocean conservation professionals and NGO leaders around the world to expand their capacity for complex problem-solving and leading in a VUCA environment. The program will continue to include an intensive on-campus curriculum in California, U.S. on December 5 – 12, 2020, and to support 20 participants with full merit-based scholarships that cover tuition, international airfare and lodging.
