Three CSP MS Students Awarded Funding & Training Support for their Innovative Research!

Andrea Paz-Lacavex, 2020 cohort member, wins Tinker Foundation Field Research Grant for her work in Baja California, MX, to further a new innovative kelp restoration technique called Green Gravel.

Abel Mkulama’s Project SANKOFA_precision selected to participate in the Verizon and Clinton Global Initiative University (CGI U) 2021 Social Innovation Challenge with financial support from the CGI U, the Clinton Foundation, Verizon, and VentureWell.

Austen Stovall selected for the Blackstone LaunchPad Fellowship for her innovation idea to develop novel financing for coral restoration that leads to disaster risk reduction. She’ll receive a small stipend and innovation training and mentoring.
