Michelaina Johnson for “Towards Equitable Groundwater Governance: A Case Study of California’s Most Critically Overdrafted Coastal Basin.”
Indiana “Indy” Reid-Shaw for her proposal focused on evaluating community based fisheries management in Kiribati to understand their effectiveness for creating healthy reefs and healthy people.
